1.Returns
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of the original shipment date. Products must be in the same condition in which you received them.
To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.
Please note,
1)All returns and cancellations must bear the return freight.
2)Refund only bag’s price,other fees can’t refund.
3)If order over $100,The shipping freight = 30% *Total price , unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Claiming the feeling of the products different from the imagination, will not be taken as a reason for return or refund.
The most importance : Pls contact us for the return address before you sent back the package,and you must info us the tracking number and tracking link in time ,if there is no return tracking number, we will not give refund or replace.
2.Exchanges
If you want to exchange the goods,you need return the goods to us and pay $30 or more to us,we will ship to you exchange goods.All exchange must bear the return freight.
3.Cancel the order
Before the package send out,if you want to cancel the order,refund need lost $30 poundage.if the package has been sent out,you want to cancel the order,refund need lost $40 or More shipping freight,The package arrive your door,don’t sign.When the package return to us,we will give refund.
4.Nobody Sign
The package usually take 7-10 business days to your doors.If nobody to sign for the parcel when it arrived at your doors.It kept in the local post station for some days. And returned to us.We will give you refund,but the refund will loss $30 or 30%(Total price over $100 will loss 30%).
5.Different Period of Refund
We should inform you that different payments have different period of refund. The period for Yourspay is about 14-20 business days .The period for IPS is about 16-24 business days .
